Salary: up to £24.5k
Are you detail-oriented and technically minded, with a knack for ensuring data accuracy? Our client is looking for a Data Entry Operator to play a crucial role in cross-referencing, reviewing, and correcting data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-referencing and correcting data across systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and addressing any errors.
- Escalating data errors to relevant teams as needed.
- Upholding data confidentiality principles and handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, responding to queries and delivering work promptly.
- Working within a cross-functional team with a solutions-focused approach.
About You:
We're looking for a motivated, detail-focused individual who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in data input, review, and correction.
- A technical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.
- Confident understanding of Excel
- Solid understanding of basic business processes.
