Academics Ltd are working alongside a primary school in Kiddiminster, Worcestershire to recruit a teaching assistant with previous SEND teaching assistant experience, to join the school in March 2025 working on full time basis, five days a week. The role will be to work full school days Monday - Friday until the end of the Academic year

The role is working on a 1.1 basis you with a child in key stage 2 whos has autism, the child is a bright an articulate child that requires support to ensure they are able to reach their potential with the additional 1.1 support from their teaching assistant. The school would like to appoint a teaching assistant who has a real passion for SEND and wants to make a difference, someone who can engage, motivate and encourage the child towards learning goals.
