Assist Resourcing are looking for Manufacturing Operatives to work in Worcesterfor our client, whois a leading Supplier of Aluminium and Magnesium Castings for the Aerospace and Defence Industries.
Previous experience in this type of role is preferred - either working within a foundry or working with aluminium products.

What does the role of Manufacturing Operative entail?
- Operating a CNC machine
- Operating industrial machinery, which can include a hydraulic press, grinder, borer or overhead crane
- Fitting the right tools to active machines
- Performing proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories
- Setting tolerance levels and cutting speeds
- Translating the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production
- Inspecting workflows to ensure that technical and quality standards are met
Our client has a variety of shifts available:
Days:
07:45 - 16:30 (Monday to Thursday)
07:30 - 13:30 (Friday)
Nights:
20:00 - 04:00
