Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on a range of insurance products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers to secure the best deals for clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler or in a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in commercial insurance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
