We are looking for a talented PA to work for an individual and their family. The role involves diary management, booking trips, and general administration, but will also include looking after a property located in a beautiful part of Oxfordshire. You may also be involved in aspects of country living, where some days you could find yourself driving a Land Rover across the property or moving farm vans.

This exciting role could be a great fit if you're the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

Organising diaries, including booking travel, arranging meetings, and setting reminders.

General administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Managing the family’s invoices (e.g., phone bills, shopping, travel, etc.).

Writing and preparing documents.

Acting as the gatekeeper when necessary, managing calls and correspondence.

Liaising with farm staff, builders, and site staff.

General office management, dealing with queries and visitors.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • Experience using Apple Mac products.
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
  • Previous PA experience preferred.
  • Experience driving a Land Rover and/or Light Goods Vehicle.
  • Strong administrative skills.
