Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Onboarding Team Leader to join their team in Worcester. What you'll do:As an HR Onboarding Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be ensuring effective and efficient HR onboarding processes within the function. You'll play a crucial role in managing compliance, working closely with the HR Compliance and Administration Manager to meet performance targets. Your duties will also include managing right to work checks for new starters, processing DBS renewals, maintaining accurate compliance records, and providing support to other HR Services Teams when necessary. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer focus.

* Manage compliance within the business in line with relevant policies and legislation* Escalate serious business or legal risks to senior members of the HR team* Work closely with the HR Compliance and Administration Manager to meet performance targets* Manage right to work checks for new starters* Ensure DBS are processed and renewed where required* Maintain accurate compliance records and tracking tools* Provide hands-on support to other HR Services Teams when required
