About the Role

Are you a master of organisation with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Material Scheduler to join this fast-paced Supply Chain Team and ensure production never skips a beat.

You'll be the key link between suppliers, production, commercial, and warehouse teams, making sure raw materials, ingredients, and packaging arrive on time, in full, and without a hitch.

If you love problem-solving, working in a dynamic environment, and keeping everything in sync, this is the role for you.

Your Day-to-Day:

Create and manage material schedules to keep production running like clockwork.

Raise purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.

Monitor short- and long-term demand forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels.

Work closely with suppliers to prevent disruptions and resolve issues.

Ensure inbound deliveries meet deadlines, minimizing production shortages.

Track inventory levels, avoiding excess stock or waste.

Communicate with key teams (commercial, technical, supply chain) to align with customer needs.

Maintain records of material usage, supplier performance, and waste management.
