Sales Account Coordinator

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing support and guidance, mainly by telephone to allocated customers driving retention and increased revenue
- Maximising customer service and satisfaction
- Assisting and dealing with all other incoming customer and Account Management type queries
- Promoting products and services
Your key responsibilities:
- Managing a group of defined customers, providing support, guidance, and advice on product solutions over the telephone
- Working alongside internal teams and other Account Managers to manage queries from all customers
- Maximising order intake by providing timely support and delivering excellent customer service
- Protecting existing customer base and recurring revenue through excellent customer service
- Promoting and sell the company, all its products and services to customers
- Representing the company in a professional manner
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar commercial role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Good team player
- Self- motivated and able to multi task and prioritise workloads
