We are currently working with a professional services firm based in Worcester city centre who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.

The role will be mainly office based, and the salary banding in £32-44k (DOE).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing the full lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, policy management, system maintenance, benefits administration, payroll, and contract changes
  • Administering payroll processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and policy entitlements
  • Leading the execution of annual HR plans, such as appraisals, bonus distribution, and benefits renewals
  • Driving HRIS improvements to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Generating insightful reports to inform strategic HR decisions
  • Managing the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery
  • Ensuring legal compliance across all HR activities, staying informed about legislative updates

Experience required:

  • Experience working within human resources

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
