It Support Technician

We are seeking a It Support Technician, to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis. Looking for someone who has previous first and second line experience, project work experience and a good knowledge of windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide first and second line support staff for all issues with laptops both in office and site locations
• Manage active directory accounts, including creation and deactivating
• Provide advice and guidance on mobile network and devices, including configuration of mobile handsets for email
• Carryout project work including help with the specification and implementation
• Update and maintain all software and asset registers
• Provide support for server backups (both server and user).

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

• Ability to work on own initiative, taking ownership of issues from inception to resolution
• Possess good problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Experience with project work and user support
• Excellent team working skills
• Experience with working under pressure
• Excellent time keeping skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Possess a full UK Clean driving licence
• A strong knowledge of these following systems: Windows 10 & 11 professional, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Antivirus software, Android and IOS management
