We’re looking for a Senior Client Services Administrator to join a dynamic team, working closely with Financial Planners to deliver top-tier client service.

About the role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Financial Planners to ensure seamless client service and manage business processes in compliance with internal procedures. You’ll take charge of workflow management, utilising technology to streamline operations, and act as a key point of contact for clients, offering clear and proactive communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client records, processing business, and ensuring AML documentation is in place. A key part of your role will be coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills, while also assisting in improving team efficiency by streamlining processes.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning or wealth management administration, along with CII, CISI, or LIBF qualifications at Level 3 or above. You should possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
