An exciting chance has opened up for an Employment Solicitor to join a national multi-service law firm in their Worcester office. You will be part of a knowledgeable and supportive employment team dedicated to helping you advance your career while providing a clear path for growth.

The role:

Provide guidance on a variety of employment issues, including:

- Disputes over restrictive covenants- Confidential information disputes- Employment Tribunal litigation- Advising employers on everyday workplace matters- Assisting with and drafting settlement agreements- Offering corporate support- Drafting contracts of employment and employee handbooks- Understanding Data Protection concerns relevant to the workplace- Enhance and share your knowledge on employment issues by collaborating with team members.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 2-5 years of PQE- A strong foundation in Employment law- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage client relationships- Excellent technical abilities and drafting skills- Proven teamwork and relationship-building capabilities- Solid commercial awareness- A proactive, ambitious, and organised approach with keen attention to detail
