Our client already has an established presence across the UK offering will writing services and with an existing £800,000 client base already in place.We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer who will also perform the role of Head of Legal Practice overseeing all aspects of compliance for the firm.Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Oversee a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, and property finance.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring the firm's reputation for excellence and personalised service is upheld.
  • Conducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Implementing, monitoring, or reviewing compliance processes and systems, such as GDPR, AML, practice wide polices, such as vulnerable clients, and understanding practice and matter level risk assessments.
  • Acting as a formal point of contact for compliance in the practice to the appropriate regulator
What we need from you:
  • 3 year+ PQE conveyancer (CLC, Cilex or Solicitor)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
  • Proven track record of overseeing compliance processes.
