- Oversee a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, and property finance.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring the firm's reputation for excellence and personalised service is upheld.
- Conducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents
- Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Implementing, monitoring, or reviewing compliance processes and systems, such as GDPR, AML, practice wide polices, such as vulnerable clients, and understanding practice and matter level risk assessments.
- Acting as a formal point of contact for compliance in the practice to the appropriate regulator
- 3 year+ PQE conveyancer (CLC, Cilex or Solicitor)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
- Proven track record of overseeing compliance processes.
