An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised individual to join my clients Team as a Legal Support Assistant. This role is based in the Worcester office and is ideal for someone with a service-focused attitude who thrives in a support role, particularly within a legal or professional services environment.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage the file opening process for the team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for high net worth clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Act as the primary contact for administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, proactively anticipating the team’s needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of all financial transactions as required by the team.
  • Draft and format letters, documents, and forms with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing.
  • Provide proactive diary management for allocated fee earners, ensuring effective time management and scheduling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Strong administration experience and familiarity with case management systems.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and communication platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
