What You'll Be Doing:

  • Stay Organised: Handle routine administrative tasks like distributing post and managing spreadsheets
  • Policy Mastery: Dive into policy documents, including Complaints Handling Procedures, ensuring everything is up to par.
  • Diary Dynamo: Keep the team on track by managing diaries, sending deadline reminders, and coordinating schedules.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Maintain seamless communication with regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Document Guru: Draft, format, and proofread letters, documents, and forms to perfection.
  • Meeting Maven: Attend meetings, take minutes, and provide comprehensive support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Archiving Ace: Support the archiving process and liaise with the operations team.
  • Communication Pro: Handle telephone calls, including interactions with individuals wishing to raise complaints, with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and Teams.
  • Team Player: A helpful nature and a desire to work collaboratively.
  • Experienced: Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
