This is an office based, full time position offering a highly competitive salary, based on relevant, previous experience.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a time served Paralegal with a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of residential property law.

Residential Property Paralegal main duties:

• Working on a varied caseload including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
• Communicating with clients, both by telephone and face to face
• Drafting legal documents
• Use of case management and digital dictation systems
• Perform business development and marketing
• Ability to manage your own workload as well as work well as part of a team

Residential Property Paralegal desired skills and experience:

• You will have at least 1 years’ experience within the industry
• An understanding of Residential Property is essential
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
• Great client control and relationship building skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and administration strong
