We are looking for a driven and diligent individual for a fantastic permanent opportunity in Worcester (fully office based). Working alongside one of theteam within this rapidly growing, award-winning law firm, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties within their Trusts and Estates team:

  • Professional management of files from commencement to completion

  • Completing circa 20 files a week

  • Expert provision of paralegal and administrative support to a large team

  • Document production including forms and correspondence

  • Offering exceptional levels of client service over the telephone in relation to queries and enquiries

For this unique opportunity, the successful individual must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent- LLB graduate or similar

  • Demonstrable 6 months' worth of experience within an office based environment

  • Previous experience using case management systems

  • An exceptional attention to detail and degree of accuracy

  • IT literate and fast, accurate typing skills

  • Ability to handle the pressure of high volumes of work in a fast-paced and target driven environment
