Are you an operations manager with a strong background in plant management and engineering?

Do you want the opportunity to join an international company specialising in manufacturing fluid-flow technology?

This company has been producing fluid-flow products to the engineering and support of intelligent building energy technologies for over 90 years. With industry-leading technologies, they design, manufacture and engineer HVAC systems for projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.

In this role you will oversee all daily operations of the plant's production and manufacturing processes, budgets and resources. You will be expected to oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment, so a strong engineering background is required.

The Role:

  • Overseeing all plant operations, leading the production team, analysing data and identifying areas of improvement
  • Production management including efficient allocation of resources, asset management, budget and resource management
  • Maintenance and repairs where necessary, to ensure efficient operations
  • Continuous improvement, developing an implementing strategies to enhance plant productivity and efficiency
  • Analysing production date and overseeing recruitment, training and development of plant staff

The Person:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or relevant subject
  • Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar managerial role
  • Certified in 6 Lean Sigma
