About the hospital;
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate Registered Nurse to join a highly reputable and dynamic private hospital based in Worcester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a friendly surgical team. The hospital undertakes a range of procedures including orthopaedic, urological, cosmetic, spinal, gynaecological and general surgical procedures. The services has 4 theatres, 25 beds, a state- of- the- art endoscopy suite, oncology suite and dedicated clinics. The team are passionate about the high quality care they provide and looking for a like minded Registered Nurse to join the team.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Registered Nurse on a surgical ward as part of our nursing team and will be responsible for:
- Support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
- Assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs.
- Actively promote best practice
- Contribute towards quality improvements
- Work well as part of a supportive team
Who we're looking for
- Be NMC registered RGN - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 1 years surgical experience in the UK
- Able to showcase excellent patients care
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and eager to learn
