SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a leading law firm in the Worcester area. Our client is looking for an experience HR Administrator on a temporary basis until June 2025. The role will be working with a fantastic, supportive HR team. You will have the ability to work at pace and be responsive to business needs. Salary: £28,000 per annum. Hours: Fulltime (site based) Immediate start required. Responsibilities: - Support administration of HR processes including contracts, leaver documentation and changes to terms and conditions of employment. - Acting as a centralised first line support to employees, resolving queries and signposting people to the right resources/solutions. - Ensure that all relevant employee lifecycle and general administrative activities are managed in a timely and efficient manner, this includes pay and benefit variations. - Ensure seamless delivery of HR administration, ensuring that the data follows correct processing paths to internal deadlines - Organise & prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner, collating information, updating, reporting & process payroll variations. - Process pension monthly in line with pension regulations, carrying out auto enrolment and administration of the company pension schemes. - Manage the integrity of HR data ensuring accuracy and stability of HR data so to generate accurate reports and insights for the business partnering team. - Whilst maintaining the information within the human resources information system (Cascade), proactively seek ways to improve the data we hold (e.g., reduce data held outside of the system). - Using excellent HRIS and excel skills to report on data held within Cascade to generate people reports and key monthly HR KPI data. - Working with the team to support the continuous improvement of HR processes including HR document management. - Ensure there is a systematic approach to the management of time-sensitive operational process (e.g.probation process triggers, family leave calculations).
