Our client are a well established Estates and Lettings agency based in central Worcester. They are currently seeking an Out of Hours Viewing Consultant to join their team, and support with property viewings, during evening and weekend hours. This is a temporary position with a view to becoming a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
We're looking for someone who can work evening and weekend hours, has a passion for property and enjoys engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants and buyers during evenings and weekends
- Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service and provide detailed property information
- Engage in fact-finding to understand the needs and preferences of viewers
- Represent the agency professionally at all times
- Liaise with the office team to report feedback and potential interest
- Ensure all viewings are carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions and ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication and listening skills for effective fact-finding
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (mileage expenses will be reimbursed)
- Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work
- Previous experience in property, sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential
