The Role


As an SDR, youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting their growth by engaging prospects and qualifying leads. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with high numbers of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreachand who genuinely enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Book qualified meetings for the business development team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using their CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies
  • Report on activity levels and key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals

  • Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high volumes of outbound activity
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage prospects confidently
