About the Role
As a Recruitment Associate at Four Squared, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities across various industries. Working closely with senior consultants, you will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the recruitment process, developing the skills to grow into a fully-fledged consultant.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings via CV reviews, phone interviews, and assessments.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure future staffing needs are met.
Client Relationship Management
- Supporting senior consultants in nurturing strong client relationships.
- Understanding client requirements to match candidates effectively with job opportunities.
- Coordinating interviews and providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Business Development
- Researching potential clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assisting in preparing and delivering presentations to showcase our services.
- Collaborating with the sales team to create tailored solutions for clients.
Administrative Support
- Managing candidate and client databases, scheduling interviews, and handling administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
