We’re looking for a friendly, skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team!
In this role, you’ll source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities, all while building solid relationships with clients and candidates to make successful placements.
What You’ll Do:
- Use job boards and CRM systems to manage candidate and client data
- Attract top talent through lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Leverage social media tools to source and engage with candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment is a must
- Great communication skills for connecting with clients and candidates
- Strong relationship-building skills to keep clients and candidates coming back

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: £27,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year + bonus and commission opportunities

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
