What You’ll Be Doing:As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, delivering specialist assessments, care planning, and risk management within the community. The role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding, social care frameworks, and multi-agency collaboration. You will work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop holistic, person-centered care plans. The position also involves liaising with local authorities, housing, and support services to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid NMC registration (or relevant governing body registration) as well as registration in mental health, occupational therapy or social work. Community experience is needed. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.
                                                                                                                                                                      Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
