I am  looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 months of experience in producing house builder drawings, either within a consultancy or for a house developer. You will be supporting the Senior Architectural Technician in this role.What makes this position unique is the diversity of projects. This company designs a wide range of house types, offering you the chance to work on various high-end design drawings at different stages of development.   • Producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages
  • Assist in producing and maintaining the standard house type portfolio
  • Building regulations
  • Lisaising with the internal engineering team and external consultants
  • Assist the planning team with pre applications and planning application packages
  • You will need to have 12 months experience working on new house developments
  • Experienced producing working drawing packages
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup is a advantage
  • Up to date on all UK building regulations and NHBC standards
  • Passionate within high quality design
