Elevation Transactional Finance are working on a super exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to work for an impressive global business based in Worksop.
You will have comprehensive understanding of accounting systems and the interaction of ledgers alongside currently studying towards your ACCA / CIMA or be qualified by experience. You will join a close knit and busy team, and you will be supported and encouraged in your role to ensure you have everything you need in order to be successful. This is an initial temporary position with strong likelihood of permanency!
Duties & Responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant will include:
- Responsible for overhead accounting
- Completing month end - analysing costs, reporting, variance analysis
- Budget & Forecasting
- Multisite transactions
- Posting costs to accounts
- Credit Card
- Posting costs to the account.
- Managing the cards (chasing outstanding & suspending where required)
- Group Reporting
Key Skills Required:
- Willingness to studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Confident communicator both verbally and written
- Ability to commute to Worksop
