Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately position and secure steel reinforcements
  • Cut, bend, and install steel bars and mesh as required for precast concrete elements
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in all steel work installation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all factory procedures and health and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Steel Fixer in a factory or construction environment is essential
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints
