Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately position and secure steel reinforcements
- Cut, bend, and install steel bars and mesh as required for precast concrete elements
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in all steel work installation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all factory procedures and health and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Steel Fixer in a factory or construction environment is essential
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints
- Precision and accuracy in your work is crucial
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude are key to success in this role
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to quality are highly valued
