Training Engineer - Mobile Systems & Control
  • Annual Salary: £40,000
  • Location: Worksop with travel

We are recruiting for one of the biggest leaders in specialist training for Hydraulics, Electro-Hydraulics, Electro-Pneumatics, and Control. We are looking for a Training Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality training and developing their skills to potentially progress to a Systems Training Engineer role.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver both centre-based and site-based courses, ensuring high standards of training are maintained.
  • Provide CETOP Competence-based courses to Levels 1, 2, and 3.
  • Demonstrate and utilize industrial experience in the maintenance and management of mobile fluid power systems and their controls.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to take on more advanced training courses and responsibilities.
  • Interface with potential customers to provide basic advice relating to their training needs.
  • Accept and effectively discharge Course Manager/Lead Tutor responsibilities.
  • Apply industry-based experience to support the delivery of training courses.
  • Operate within the NFPC Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and quality in all training activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering technical training in a related field.
  • Strong background in the maintenance and management of mobile fluid power systems and controls.
  • Ability to deliver CETOP Competence-based courses up to Level 3.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and students.
  • Capability to manage and lead courses, taking on Course Manager/Lead Tutor roles.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, preferably within a training context.
