At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Customer Service & Debrief Admin roles to work with an important company in Worksop. You will be working for a prestigious client in a key role coordinating and developing strategic relationships with customers.

This role involves supporting customer service debriefs, managing queries, and maintaining proactive communication with internal teams. If you're looking for long-term development and a potential permanent contract, this opportunity is for you!

Shift Patterns:

*Any 5 days out of 7 (weekend work may be required)

*Working hours between 06:00 and 18:00 (8-hour shifts)

Pay Rates:

* Starting from £11.76 per hour

* Paid weekly

As a Customer Service & Debrief Admin, you will need to have:

* Customer service experience

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Conflict management experience

* Experience using Transport Management Systems (Microlis preferred)

* Confidence in Microsoft Excel, email correspondence, and phone communication

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Role of a Customer Service & Debrief Admin:

*Proactive and reactive customer communication

*Investigating and resolving customer queries, escalating when needed

*Liaising with planning and transport regarding deliveries

*Supporting continuous improvement within the customer service department

* Chasing and managing proof of delivery (POD) documents

*Contacting delivery points for follow-ups

* Debriefing the site transportation system to align with paperwork
