The role of a Cover Supervisor is perfect for someone who is degree-level trained and considering a career in education and training. It also suits ECTs and individuals with experience working with children or teenagers in settings such as tutoring, summer camps, youth work, or extracurricular clubs. This position allows you to work directly in schools across Worksop and the surrounding areas, gaining valuable classroom experience whilst being paid. As a Cover Supervisor, you can expect a daily rate from 100+ per day depending on your experience level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and cover pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Ensure students are engaged and set high expectations to promote positive learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policy, creating a safe and productive learning environment.
- Communicate with staff members; report on student progress and pass on important messages.
- Uphold the school's safeguarding policy - safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
