We are currently recruiting for a Batching Plant Operative to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in Worksop (S80). This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career stability within a respected company.
The Role:
- Operating and maintaining the batching plant to ensure accurate production of concrete
- Monitoring and adjusting mix proportions to meet production requirements
- Managing stock levels of raw materials and coordinating deliveries
- Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a batching plant or within the precast concrete sector.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Reliable commute to Worksop (S80)
