Your Role:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.

- Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure budget adherence.
- Submit comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Oversee procurement processes and material sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve disputes and issues during construction.
- Provide financial advice and support to project managers.
