Force Contracting Services are a very well established Civil Engineering Contractor based in South Yorkshire, operating Nationally. We have experienced a period of sustained growth and as such we are looking to add a Business Development Manager to our sales team to continue our growth plans.

Currently we are operating in the following sectors:

- Civil Engineering
- Utilities/Infrastructure
- Rail/Piling
- Property Developments
- Nuclear

We have a strong presence in the Civil Engineering/Utilities sector, and all relevant accreditations to work across the highest security sites in the UK (which is one of our many USPs). FCS currently partner with some of the largest blue chip companies in England. We are looking for a Business Development Manager that can continue to open up these avenues as well as target new clients.

Duties will include:

  • Active business development:
    Re-establishing accounts with previous clients, as well as building a system of new and potential clients
  • Lead generation / identifying new business opportunities
  • Building a portfolio/pipeline of potential projects
  • Creating & building excellent relationships with new clients
  • Liaising with commercial team to price projects and return tender documents in a timely manner
  • Attending exhibitions/events/client meetings
  • Some elements of project management/delivery etc. Client progress calls/resolving issues
