- Register and index documents into the HOLMES database
- Ensure all data is accurately recorded, managed, and retrieved in line with Major Incident Room procedures
- Raise and result actions to support the Senior Investigating Officer (SIO)
- Identify and escalate key information and inconsistencies within case files
- Support Exhibits and Disclosure Officers with administrative tasks
- Previous experience working in a Major Incident Room (MIR) or using HOLMES
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to interpret and manage sensitive data accurately
- Knowledge of Major Incident Room Standardised Administrative Procedures (MIRSAP) is desirable
