Fram are working with an Independent Wealth Management firm with offices in the Southeast. Due to one for Paraplanning team becoming a trainee advisor, our client is seeking a Diploma qualified paraplanner to join their experienced team. Our client is looking for someone with paraplanning experience, who is happy to support 4 Financial Planner in a pod system. The role is hybrid and can offer flexible start times. This opportunity would suit someone with paraplanning experience who wants to work with a strong independent brand, with experience advisors who deal with all areas of advice especially later life planning and want exposure to varied clientele of professional individual, You Tubers, and Influencers. The salary range is dependent on experience and qualification level.    Responsibilities will include :  
  • Preparing and maintaining client files,
  • Preparing and implementing recommendations
  • Ensuring all compliance paperwork is present
  • Due diligence associated to the investment committee
  • Assisting in providing technical support
  • Coaching of team members
  • Writing reports based on client’s requirements
  • Being a point of reference for advisers
  • Consistently researching and reviewing market products available
  An ideal candidate will have several years paraplanning experience and be level 4 Diploma qualified or close too as a minimum. Ideally someone would have experience with, IO, CashCalc, Genovo and FE analytics or similar systems. Have experience within an IFA all though a restricted background will also be considered. Be highly organised, be able to complete their own research and have an understanding of compliance regulations.
