We are recruiting for a National Marketing Manager to join a well-established business in Worthing. In this role, you will lead the implementation and development of strategic marketing initiatives to promote the business, engage customers, and generate leads.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with B2B content and traditional marketing strategies, combined with strong analytical skills to study data and drive customer engagement.
As a National Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the national marketing fund whilst maintaining external relationships
- Evaluating and optimising marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximise impact
- Overseeing marketing strategies for recruitment purposes
- Generating leads in a B2B environment to drive business growth
- Managing email marketing, website content, and social media platforms
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing and taking full ownership of a marketing budget
- Strong background in B2B marketing
- Creativity in developing new initiatives and ideas to enhance brand awareness

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday between 8am to 10am and finishing between 4pm to 6pm. This role is fully office based in Worthing and you can work 1x day from home each week. The salary is paying between £35,000 up to £40,000 dependent on skills and experience)
