About the Role:Our client is looking for someone to join their leadership team as the Head of Sales and Marketing where you'll play a crucial role in driving their strategic growth. This newly created position is perfect for someone with a hands-on approach, capable of navigating the fast-paced environment of a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) while understanding the corporate nature of their clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Plan and direct sales and marketing efforts for the company, developing and implementing strategies to drive profit growth and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and build a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and transparency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership Team to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new market opportunities, establish a strong presence in target segments, and analyse advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets and resources, influence pricing strategies, and contribute to brand awareness.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.

Package:

  • Basic salary: £60,000 to £70,000 pa (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped Commission (OTE £120,000)
