I am working with a client with a £15m turnover based in East Worthing. The client is a growing business within the IT hardware and telecoms industry. They re-sell hardware to customers both through their website and over the telephone.They are looking for 3 new employees within the sales team. This would suit you if you are a confident, consultative, and dynamic Sales professional. These roles pay uncapped commission, and a good training and mentoring experience is in place. You will earn 10% of everything you bill with no threshold. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling products to new and existing customers, utilising leads, and providing / selling services over the phone.There is no cold calling in these roles although you will be on the phone! The business makes 40% of sales through the website, you will be contacting those repeat customers and advising them to buy in bulk for a discount to save money!The business also has over 14,000 existing customers who have not made a purchase from them in over a year, these customers need to be contacted and can be viewed as new business wins. You will need to be a sales motivated and a confident individual, with a natural flair for numbers, quick-thinking and working closely with both customers and colleagues.You will be expected to work within targets set, achieve daily goals and follow and maintain the company sales procedure, while maintaining the highest level of service towards clients and a quick response time to all incoming enquiries.Ideally you will have some experience selling within the IT, telecom or technology sector.If you think you would be a great addition to the team and are looking for an exciting new direction to take your Sales career, we would love to receive your application.
