Main Duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:- To provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner- To process orders and update customer records in the CRM system- To support sales team with quotations and administration- To manage overdue payments and contact customers to arrange payment - To update customers on delivery information
The Candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)- Able to work in a fast -paced environment
The Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
