HR Administrator - Temp

Are you an experienced HR Administrator and looking for a new opportunity to work from home?

This is an exciting new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a company based in Worthing on a temporary basis for 8-12 weeks cover. This is a hybrid position (Tuesday and Wednesday in the office, and WFH on the other days) and paying £13 per hour. Full and part time hours are available (flexibility on hours as long as five days is covered). Please note you must be available to start immediately or within a short notice period.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • First point of contact for all employee queries via telephone and email
  • Generating and issuing contracts, DBS checks, right to work checks, and references
  • Processing new starter and leaver forms
  • General administrative support to support the HR team and HR Manager
  • Adding and amending data on the HR and Payroll system
  • Maintaining and logging all documentation to ensure records are kept up to date
  • Assisting on other ad-hoc HR matters and projects as they arise

To be successful for this position, you must have at least 2 years HR admin experience. You must have excellent people skills with a friendly and understanding personality, with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. Ideally part CIPD qualified or relevant experience.
