HR Coordinator, Progression to HR Manager

This dynamic organisation is on an exciting journey, and as they continue to grow, are looking for a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join the team, playing a pivotal role in driving the HR function forward. This standalone position offers a diverse and engaging opportunity, where you will design and implement HR strategies to support the businesses growth and align with their goals and values. They are currently an organisation of circa 40 employees.
Such duties will include but will not be limited to:
- The end-to end recruitment and on-boarding experience for all new starters
- Work closely with the management team to review employee relations, performance management and employee management
- Supporting on various capability investigations (Grievance and disciplinary)
- Reviewing, updating and implementing policies and procedures.
- HR administration, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Assist with implementing HCM/HRIS
- Support various HR projects
- Cultivating a positive culture and enhancing employee engagement
This is a great opportunity with the potential to progress to the HR Manager.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience operating as a HR Coordinator/generalist, have a thorough understanding of Employment law and all relevant policies and be comfortable working in a standalone role. You will be passionate about progressing your career in HR, have a positive "cando" attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role demands someone with strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver challenging timescales. CIPD will be required.
