Legal Recruitment Manager - Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal Recruitment Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor, and grow a team of recruitment consultants specialising in the legal sector
- Build strong relationships with top law firms and legal professionals in the City, as well as the wider Regions throughout the South East, and Midlands.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Manage a portfolio of legal recruitment clients, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Stay up to date with legal industry trends and changes in recruitment practices
- Provide expert guidance and ensure excellent candidate and client experience

- Proven experience in legal recruitment, preferably at the managerial level
