Our client, an organisation in Worthing, is seeking a motivated HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. This diverse position offers a chance to make a real impact within a fantastic organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of HR support for managers and employees.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and coaching on people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate administration of monthly payments.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation through policy and procedure updates.
  • Assist with employee communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage HR activities relating to reorganisations.
  • Drive process optimisation and change management projects.
  • Maintain employee files and records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with external partners as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum CIPD L3/equivalent or 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong administrative background with experience in a busy office environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and flexible.
  • Able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
