Service Desk Administrator / Admin Assistant - Worthing, West Sussex / Remote / WFH

6 month rolling contract / £13.85 (Inside IR35) / 1 day per week in the office in Durrington, Worthing, West Sussex

Notes for the Service Desk Administrator / Admin Assistant position:

  • Hours: 37 hours per week.English and Maths GCSE to a good standard.
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint predominantly).
  • Experience of previous Administration work.
  • Core duties are to assist with the onboarding of all new suppliers.

Your responsibilities as the Service Desk Administrator / Admin Assistant will include:

  • Primarily assisting the projects team with onboarding our 3rd party suppliers into the company systems.
  • Dealing with telephone calls and emails from end users for service requests.
  • Assist in the ownership of end users issues all the way through to resolution.
  • Logging, prioritising, categorising and updating incident, problem and request tickets.
  • Administration duties around working with 3rd parties and vendors in the resolution of support tickets.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the administration team and delivering high levels of customer service with a goal to exceed end user expectations.
