Reed is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for the role of Production Performance Specialist. This position is crucial for analysing production targets, volumes, and yields to optimize production processes and achieve organizational goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyse production targets, volumes, and yields to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of production flows and outputs against predetermined targets.
- Identify and analyse key production performance indicators to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor production performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with production teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
