Do you have a passion for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a nursery section lead.As a nursery section lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our nursery sections, ensuring that the children's needs are met and that the staff are supported and motivated. You will also work closely with the nursery manager and deputy manager to ensure that the nursery meets the standards and requirements of Ofsted, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and other relevant policies and procedures.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience working in an early years setting
  • A sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
