An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6/7 Locum Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated team in Worthing. This role involves working across acute general medicine, frailty wards, and front door teams, providing high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions to support patient recovery and safe discharge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments for patients in acute general medicine and frailty settings
  • Develop and implement effective treatment and discharge plans
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Support patients in regaining independence and achieving their rehabilitation goals
Requirements:
