Our client, a Health Care organisation in the South East, is looking for a Job Planning Lead to support on a medical job planning project.
This role will be a 6- 12 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.
Details:
- Band 8c
- NHS experience essential
- Flexible on-site working, face to face meetings and cross-site working
The ideal candidate will:
- Experience with using the Health Rota system (desirable)
- Have a strong background in Medical HR and know Job Planning like the back of their hand, to support with the NHSE mandated requirement for the Trust to have 95% of their consultants and specialist doctors with electronic job plansÂ
- Report into the Head of Medical HR and work closely with the executive team
- Have oversight of 1.7 WTE Job Planners in the HR Medical team but no formal line management
- Have excelent Excel skills
