Sonic Summary

Our client, a Health Care organisation in the South East, is seeking a Job Planning Lead for a 6-12 month fixed term contract.
The position is classified as Band 8c and requires NHS experience.
Candidates should ideally have experience with the Health Rota system and a strong background in Medical HR.
The role involves reporting to the Head of Medical HR and overseeing 1.7 WTE Job Planners within the HR Medical team.
The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should possess excellent Excel skills.

This role will be a 6- 12 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.

Details:

Band 8c
NHS experience essential
Flexible on-site working, face to face meetings and cross-site working

The ideal candidate will:

Experience with using the Health Rota system (desirable)
Have a strong background in Medical HR and know Job Planning like the back of their hand, to support with the NHSE mandated requirement for the Trust to have 95% of their consultants and specialist doctors with electronic job plans
Report into the Head of Medical HR and work closely with the executive team
Have oversight of 1.7 WTE Job Planners in the HR Medical team but no formal line management
Have excelent Excel skills
